Huxley Studio brings together experience across architecture, art, design, experiential, events and creative production. Working across disciplines has created a particular understanding of how creative businesses operate, where they encounter friction, and what allows them to grow without losing what makes them distinctive.

At the heart of our studio is a belief that people and operations are inseparable from creative output. The right team can expand what is possible; the right structure can give ambitious ideas the space to develop.

We work alongside founders, creative directors and leadership teams to build that foundation — connecting people, strengthening the way work gets done and creating the capacity to take on what comes next.

Laura's career has spanned creative production, art, design, architecture, events and talent, working within and alongside multidisciplinary teams at different stages of growth.
